Our Policy
- A non-refundable deposit is required to book and secures your appointment.
- Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling for same month, or your deposit may be lost.
- A 15-minute grace period applies-late arrivals may be cancelled or extra payment
- Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free before your appointment.
- No extra guests unless agreed in advance.
- Full payment is due after the service (cash or transfer)
- No refunds after service, but concerns must be raised before leaving.
- Inform us of any scalp issues or allergies before your appointment.
- Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
