Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to book and secures your appointment.

Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling within the same month, or your deposit may be lost.

A 15-minute grace period applies. Late arrivals may be cancelled or may require extra payment.

Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free before your appointment.

No extra guests unless agreed in advance.

Full payment is due after the service by cash or transfer.

No refunds after service. Any concerns must be raised before leaving.

Inform us of any scalp issues or allergies before your appointment.
