- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling within the same month, or your deposit may be forfeited.
- A 15-minute grace period applies. Late arrivals beyond this may result in a cancelled appointment or an additional charge.
- Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free before your appointment.
- No extra guests unless agreed in advance.
- Full payment is due after the service (cash or bank transfer).
- No refunds after the service has been completed, but any concerns must be raised before you leave.
- Please inform us of any scalp conditions, sensitivities, or allergies before your appointment.
- Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
